The Lighthouse Charity have many accredited mental health aid courses providing you with a comprehensive approach to mental health to equip you to recognise and address mental health issues professionally.
Menopause Awareness Training
The Lighthouse Construction Charity offers a menopause general awareness course covering what menopause is, signs and symptoms, menopause statistics, treatments, and what you can do to support someone experiencing menopause from a workplace perspective.
Alternatively, the charity offers a menopause course specifically for management and leadership. The purpose of this course is for managers and leaders to gain a further understanding of menopause, adopt the appropriate tools to support colleagues, and help reduce any barriers that could be present.
